mankovska is a Polish artist based in London.
She began to take vocal lessons at the age of 11 and quickly realised that the best way that to express herself is through singing. Inspired by jazz singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billy Holiday and Esperanza Spalding, she started to challenge herself to create more complex and interesting vocal melodies. 
Moving to London widened her music taste and enabled to explore more of the electronic and experimental genres that she got interested in previously listening to Bjork.

Electronic music and field recording practice let her combine old - style mindset with a modern approach that allows her to be heard out in the world. 

Currently, mankovska is working on the project called "natural systems" that will have its premiere in April 2018.
